• Can memorials be purchased during the winter months?

  Absolutely. World Trading Company does not take seasonal shut downs, and therefore can start on a memorial and have it ready for Spring Delivery and Memorial Day requirements.

• Where are you located?

  We have two locations to serve you.  Our main office, warehouse, and Sandblast/Laser Etching Shop are located in Littleton New Hampshire.  For you convenience we also have a warehouse in Columbus Ohio.  We are open regular business days year round.

• What kind of production work do you offer?

  We offer premium sandblasting laser etching, and hand etching finish work.  Our talented designer, laser etcher, and sandblast staff have the ability to create the monument of your customers’ dreams.

• What is the turn around time for in-house production?

  Our standard turn around time for both sandblast and laser etching proofs is two weeks or less.  For in-stock granite, once we receive a signed approval, production times are two weeks for both sandblasting and laser etching.

• How long will a special order piece take?

  Imported special order monuments typically take 3 – 4 months +/- to arrive.  However, special order times may vary due to the availability of a chosen granite color, weather conditions, and shipping and customs.  Oversized pieces may take longer than usual as well.  Because of these circumstances, we cannot guaranty special order delivery times.

• What freight services do you offer?

  At our Littleton New Hampshire Location, we offer FOB delivery to Littleton, New Hampshire, as well as offering a choice of common carriers.  At our Columbus Ohio facility we offer a common carrier pallet program that includes free liftgate service. Common carrier freight is billed by World Trading Company.  Customer pick up is available at either facility by appointment.

• What is the best way to place an order?

  Orders may be placed through your sales representative, by e-mail, telephone, and fax.  Our customer service representatives are available Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm EST.

• What are your payment terms?

  We have two accounting terms for our customers, Net 30 days and Prepay.  Customer who fill out our short credit application and establish an open account will receive Net 30 days payment terms.  All other customers will be on prepay terms
