Where Are You Located?

We have three locations to serve you. Our main office, warehouse, drafting and sandblast/laser etching shop is in Littleton New Hampshire. For your convenience we also have a warehouse and distribution center in Columbus Ohio. We are open on regular business days year-round. Our Elberton Georgia offers domestic and import granite color options; as well as, has an unmatched ability to orchestrate the utilization of local talent with drafting, sandblasting, rock work and etching services.

All 3 facilities are ideally positioned for growth and are cross utilized to meet the needs of all customers.

What Kind Of Production Work Do You Offer?

We offer premium two step sandblasting and laser etchings in WTC Littleton. Our WTC Elberton location facilitates the design, one step sandblasting; as well as laser and hand color etchings. Onsite rock work is completed for any shell rock, rock work designs.

What Is The Best Way To Place An Order?

Orders may be placed through your sales representative, by e-mail, telephone, and fax. Our customer service representatives in WTC Littleton are available Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm EST. WTC Elberton hours are Monday thru Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm and Friday 7:00am – 12N.

What Is The Turn Around Time For In-House Production?

Our standard turnaround time for both sandblast and laser etching proofs is two weeks or less at WTC Littleton. For in-stock granite, once we receive a signed approval, production times are two to three weeks for both sandblasting and laser etching. WTC Elberton timeline is 2-4 weeks for drafting and laser proofs. In house craftmanship for rock work can be 1-2 weeks after patterns are approved and cut.

How Long Will A Special Order Piece Take?

Imported special order monuments typically take 3 – 4 months +/- to arrive. However, special order times may vary due to the availability of a chosen granite color, weather conditions, and shipping, custom expediting; as well as all those factors that impacted Covid. Domestic monument orders are impacted by local workload that may be out of our control. Oversized pieces may take longer than usual as well. Because of these circumstances, we cannot guarantee special order delivery times; however, we certainly facilitate it at all levels where possible.

What Freight Services Do You Offer?

  • At WTC Littleton we offer free FOB delivery to Barre VT with drop offs at Bellevance, Clark, Trio and sandblast houses. For large monuments, there may be service charges.
  • At WTC Columbus we offer a common carrier pallet program. For full truck loads of granite orders, we may do a WTC delivery for minimal charge.
  • WTC Elberton does have a weekly service to IL, IN, OH and charges accordingly.

All three locations are set up for common carrier with freight billed directly to WTC and invoiced on the appropriate monument order.

Customers pick up is available at any facility by appointment.

Customers must have an established account and confirm billing directly with all other trucking options.

Can Memorials Be Purchased During The Winter Months?

Absolutely. WTC Littleton & WTC Columbus do not take seasonal shutdowns, and therefore can accept orders; as well as, begin sandblasting and etching memorials and have them ready for Spring Delivery and Memorial Day requirements. WTC Elberton is shut down for July 4th and Christmas Week.

What Are Your Payment Terms?

We have two accounting terms for our customers, Net 30 days and Prepayment. Customers who fill out our short credit application and establish an open account will receive Net 30 terms. All other customers will be on prepay terms. Please note any new customers are asked to prepay an initial order. At any time WTC may change the terms due to customer payment history.
